PC = Phased Calendar, the calendaring system in use during the years of the Nightmare Imperium, or the Daloric Empire. Known at the time as the Phased Calendar, PC borrows no elements whatsoever from the commonly used measurements of Drakkhozhn Reckoning (DR), instead basing the passage of time on several linked cycles of days that were merged together in order to form calendars of extremely long cycles. Each month would vary wildly in length from one year to the next to accomodate these strange cycles, and though it is believed that these cycles perfectly matched the movement of celestial bodies, the precise logic behind the PC timekeeping methods has been lost.

Cynics believe that the Warlord enforced this seemingly chaotic calendar in order to keep his people oppressed, but the few remaining records of that time do not seem to indicate any dissatisfaction with this timekeeping method; in fact, it seems to have been favored by farmers as it apparently gave astonishingly accurate estimations of growing seasons and the approach of difficult weather. It has, however, had the unfortunate side effect of making the generation of parallel timelines with the Nightmare Imperium extremely difficult.
