Vocroth
From Codex Vocrotha
What is Vocroth
Vocroth is a world with a very similar mass, climate and chemical makeup to Earth's, though it is most definitely not Earth itself. The percentage of water to landmass is far greater, the land masses themselves tend to be far smaller, and their geographical features are far 'newer' than those of Earth. The climate of Vocroth allows both sentient and non-sentient species to survive with no additional hardship, and climatic regions basically identical to earth allow many familiar species to thrive there. Vocroth's rotation, both on its own axis and around its sun, as well as its axial wobble, give it a near-identical cycle of day-night and seasonal procession. Vocroth's one moon, Selenis, is large enough to be responsible for the majority of tidal creation in large water masses.
The primary inhabited land masses of Vocroth are Dalkiar, Vadria and Khozhn'ol, and there are several island chains, such as the Adaric Archipelagos, which have also sustained civilization at some point. While each of these land masses is far smaller than what we could consider a continent, they are in total approximately equal to the area of Europe, including Britain.
Where is Vocroth
Not a question open for discussion at the moment, but suffice to say for now that Vocroth occupies a very definite area of space in a very specific part of a very familiar galaxy. More information may be unveiled later, when more of the backstory of Vocroth is made clear.
When is Vocroth
The major events of Vocroth's available history occupy a Timeline that parallel's Earth history from approximately 3500BC to the current time.
